Zoe Chance is a senior lecturer at Yale School of Management, where she teaches a popular MBA course on influence and persuasion. With a background in behavioral economics, she has conducted extensive research on decision-making and social influence. Her expertise is further solidified by her Ph.D. from Harvard University.
