Thich Nhat Hanh
Thich Nhat Hanh (1926–2022) was a Vietnamese Zen master, poet, and peace activist renowned for his teachings on mindfulness and meditation. Ordained as a monk in 1949, he founded the Plum Village Tradition and was a prominent advocate for peace during the Vietnam War. His credibility on topics of life and death stems from decades of spiritual practice and teaching. Notable works include "The Miracle of Mindfulness" and "Peace Is Every Step."
