Jocko Willink and Leif Babin

Jocko Willink and Leif Babin are U.S. Navy SEAL officers and authors of Extreme Ownership. Willink served in the SEALs, later commanding SEAL Team elements in combat; Babin also served as a SEAL officer and led SEAL operations. Their credibility comes from leading teams in high-stakes deployments and applying leadership and accountability principles in real operations. They co-wrote Extreme Ownership (2015) and follow-on books including The Dichotomy of Leadership (2017).
