Jake Knapp and John Zeratsky are former Google and YouTube designers and the co-authors of "Make Time," a book focused on strategies for optimizing productivity and focus. Knapp is also the creator of the Design Sprint process, which he developed during his time at Google Ventures. Zeratsky, a former design partner at GV, has written for The Wall Street Journal and Time. Together, they also co-authored "Sprint," which outlines the Design Sprint methodology.
